Nightclubs, clothes and music.

Heyhey!...seems like this blog is gonna be dead soon. Recently I've browse the net and found interesting clubs around the world where its either exclusive or awesome in interior and deco's. Of course as mention in one of my blogger mates, http://www.suilin.com, bed supper club is one nice chillin club. Very clean and neat decor.i will review and blog down more on clubs around the world where someday we would have the chance to patron or experience it.

Clothes, of course we all do need them. CLothes and fashion has become part of my life and my studies. Love to have a decent fabric and reasonable prices or dearer price for good quality hand made or rare items. I think currently these few brands are of interest to me. These brands are currently available in Australia. Cactus Jam, Wayne Cooper(women), Morrisey(men), Loreak Mendian(spain), Ben Sherman and Review(women)

Music!!!!!!.........Without it, life is just Oh So quiet, ---- music has been part of my life too. Currently as u can see the title of the blog is HOUSE, eventhough the url says trance; currently I'm back into the genre of house from electro to progressive to disco/funk and even chill/soul house music.
I would like to dedicate House to the extraordinary people out there and fans of this particular genre. kudos and cheers to y'all. In recent weeks, I've got nearly 200 singles of remixes and house choons to listen to or to choose on my playlist for my newer experimental sets.

Just Another Day/Week

A week just flew pass like a ultrasonic jetplane. Would like to wish Sau Yan, Su May and Junie HappY BURFFDAYS!!!! Wishing you all girls the best in life and throughout the year.

For the past weekdays had been hell in doing and preparing for new assignments. Some completed and more on the way. Its my last semester and *cross-fingers* hope i can graduate coz i need to and its a stepping stone for me to pursue further success and knowledge in life. Experience the downside and upside of working as in long term(did shortterm b4) and for real as in career wise.

3 weeks to finals

There so many activities and things to do right after from my Gold Coast trip. It was great and having people around like Sharon(KL) and Fred(SF) was fun and awesome. Thank goodness, the assignments that were due were done on time eventhough I was a little slacking behind.
Not much to say here peeps, just to inform you all that you are all great friends from here and afar.
Would like to thank STeve(melbie) for burnin me a dvd with a liitle bit of everything. Organ DOnors live @ FReshFm was a killa and not forgetting the video on turntablism @ vestax 4 on 4. I miss the days of San Fran where scratching, spinning(pc) and churnin out new tunes was a fave past time for me. updates? well, see how it goes........

Brisbane,Gold Coast & Melbourne

Brisbane city, surprisingly its not really a big city compared to Melbourne but then again each city has its good and bad. Gold Coast was awesome, stayed at a hotel which was situated at Surfers Paradise and was at Dreamworld theme park the following day. Sat most of teh rides except one of the good ride which i forgot the name of it. ANyways, teh most important of all was the Tower of terror which is a freefall ride.39 storeys and drops at 4g's in 7secs.
On the very last day of my holiday trip, went to Pallazio Versace. The first in the world Versace hotel. Inside was decorated tastefully and fully detailed. The Sand beach pool was the main eye-popper for me. It was teh first time for me to see a swimming pool that is filled with sand on the ground of the pool. The weather all round was sun and breezy which was all great. Love it...SEA,SEX AND SUN!?(minus the sex....din get any...LOL)
Got back to Melbourne, chilly and windy. Back to my own sweet ass apartment and room. AHhh...how I miss my apartment view and the boats travelling down the river.
After today is back to uni, classes and ASSIGNMENTS! its gonna be a bitch ass dreadful week as I know I have tons of work to do. Oh well, this is life as it can be.....turn up the volume and let your body rock.

Hysteria and the weekend

Last weekend was surprisingly filled with interesting yumcha sessions and meeting new friends, not forgetting a wonderful Mooncake dinner gathering.
On yumcha sessions, met some new indo friends. COnversations with them was funny and had a laugh. On SUnday, was at this bar called Cookie. The weather was good and a few of my friends sat outdoors like a balcony overlookin swanston st. We had some interesting conversations especially the topic about the World Series Poker Championship and gambling. It was fun and yeah, I just drank Lemon Lime bitter at a bar.Yes, no alcohol for me.

WHat's it about hysteria? Its a single from the ever reknown house producer/dj Cerrone which the album is named. The artwork of this album would definitely be censored if it was being sold in Malaysia. In this album comes with the smashin hit The Only ONe. For todays post will be on the new Jordan shoes which is the Jordan XIX.
Firstly, I'm still a great fan of Bball shoes and have a few collections of them.
Have worn a few great Jordan shoes, but all I know is that a friend of mine in the States, has the whole JOrdan collection.
The shoe which I'm about to review has a great lace cover and looks like a snake skin(not!). The lace cover is strong and elastic and it enhances the looks of the shoe. The shoe is quite light and is quite (breathable). There's great attention displayed on the shoe expecially teh Jumpman logo and its signature behind the heels. It has great grip and overall looks good and stylish.
Retail? $ 165 USD.

Friday had a good yumcha session.Went to Port Melbourne and had a good chocolate creme brulee and the scenery was great. The weather was awesome too. During the night went to a club and it was noooo good. Had a little too much to drink. Felt wooozy hoozy...man....suck big time. Yesterday was hella funny. WOuld like to say thanks for the dinner to Pei Shing and Sui Lin. It was a good dinner and a friend of ours,Gavin, as usual ate so much. ;)
After dinner was a game of win,lose or draw. It was so funny and I laugh till my tummy was aching. hahaha....To my badminton 'leg' Ben, next time I will remember that picture that he drawn is not credit card.
Oh well, it was great and later today I have to be in uni soon. WHat else but freaking ass assignment but thank goodness this few days will have a taste of good springy weather.

Sunday, what a feelin.....

Its been a quiet weekend for me. No parties which was cool though. Did activities which was non alcoholic. Watched a movie and played some snooker. Man I miss snooker especially when i was back in KL.
Just mixed 2 live sets for friends who are interested in having my house mixes. From deep house to disco house.....how bout that?!...The disco house set is approx. 56mins while deep/funk house set is 69mins plus. I haven't compress the sets yet and its still in a WAV format.

Its been great this past few days. The only thing which is in the way is my stupid assignments and tute work.Other than that, wwhhhheeeeee....its all good.
Last night had a great dinner which was Japanese and ate lobster sashimi..MMMmmm..ssllluurrpp...
Man..I'm lost of words here, don't know what to write anymore...oh yeah I remember one thing which was good though. Got some great house music albums and singles for myself. Half the month of August is gone and time seem to fly by real quick. Have to be more productive and more hardworking including having some fun of course. I hate going to Uni not because I'm lazy or what, its because of the mofo's that keep ticketing me. Damn those council officers....Just paid my summonses today just 2 and it cost me 170 chibaiheonghaiffreakinass bucks!!!! Even the lady at the cashier complained because she too had tickets whenever she picks her daughter up from uni. So i guess everyone has their fair share of tickets to deal with.

Its been great this past 4 days since the last post. WOuld like to wish Vanilla congratulations in your new job and to Nemesis who is in his new job too. Its been great to know you guys have been all out and having productive days ahead.
As for me, the stupid damn bookstore that sells 2nd books do not have stock on 2 of my subjects. Now I have to go to the library and borrow and do all my tute work. Sighz. ANyway, some updates, I'm gonna get a job soon. Hope it will work out as it is just a casual position. It pays quite well though but what the heck, I'm filling my time and earn some extra kachinks!!
Yesterday went to a club and they had a full moon party where chicks were wearing bikini's and the temp. in the club was like 30degrees. DAmn Mofo's; just for the sake of bikini!!, its so freaking hot and packed with peeps. Its been a longtime I partied with a bunch of my vietnamese friends and they are all funny and damn they can drink esp. shots! Partied till 3am and went back home coz had a little too much.
Its a Saturday night and about to have a couple of drinks and am gonna chill at someplace with some friends and maybe helped a friend of mine do some scouting of good looking girls to do some modeling thingy...WOooohooOOo.!!*snigger*

Workload Starting Soon

Its the 2nd week of uni. I could feel the tension building up soon. When Microsoft Word in my computer starts to be my main usage, voila! WOrk work work!.........
I don't mind having to do assignments, I just hate taking tests and exams. I would definitely prefer week by week work/short assignments. That way, a person would learn more and understand better of what the subject is all about.
Today was great. The weather was not too bad even though the weatherman says it will rain but it didn't. Maybe just a couple of showers around the MErlbourne area but not at the shopping complex where I was. Chadstone Shopping Centre was great today. Had lots to look at and lots of clothes tempted me into buying them. Thank god, the willpower I had in me was strong.AHAHHA. Saw a great leather jacket and there were 2 types.One had collar and the other didn't. The next thing you know, leather jackets dun come cheap. Damn LEATHERS!!!as if cow skins/hyde cost damn alot. A cow is a cow, doesn't matter where they come from Itlay,USA or even HK.....It cost a freaking 700AUD and its discounted. Ori price was 900++.....MY Gawd!!!
Anyway, I decided to forego the leather coz I don't I will be wearing the leather J all the time. In the end I got myself a lovely watch after many many years. :)

Music is my life

Music. U get on to your car early in the morning, definitely you'll either turn on the radio and listen to the channels of whats available or listen to your favorite cd.
Music has been a great influence since i was a young little doodle kid. From Michael Jackson's 'Beat It', Nirvana's 'Smells like teen spirit' and other great artists.. I grew up listening to all genre's.
When I was in the US, there were 2 main genre's that influenced my music taste. From the ghetto and big beats from the sound of hip-hop and rap to the chilly and sensation disco tunes of house. Then came a turning point when my best buddy came to SF and club trance was in my books for a while. It wasn't that long till I went back to house music again. The basslines, the samples, sexy vocals and the grooves kept me stuck back into house.
Then came Melbourne. The hard dance scene kept me awake and was good. It eventually died down because the diversity of the beats and tempo seem to sound the same after a long run.
I knew I couldn't run away from the roots of house music. Now I'm totally back into house music especially disco,funk and jazz house. Classy, sexy and groovy with funky and infectious basslines and drums.
To the fans of trance and other genre's may think House is for sissy or too soft. For me, its all good. Cheers and grroove up. Sexy ladies and funky guys...let's dance and feel the beat and shake that body.

Great Weekend

What a weekend this is. Filled with lotsa activities from drinking to a great dinner to a somewhat weird movie outing,home party and lastly another fun dinner and yumcha sessions.
Its a great way to begin my uni days back again. Can't wait to attend classes and snore away..ahaha..Kiddin!...

Coming back to melbourne, seem lucky enough to be able to eat great good food. Crabs, nasi padang and some great coffee. Met some funny and outgoing people. Can't believe myself 'chai mui' and when loses drink TEA! WHo in the world drinks tea while playing 'chai mui'. Usually it goes along with alcohol.......You know who you are who reads this!...wahahahahaha!!!!!!
Today in the afternoon was in the city trying to shop for presents and stuff for myself but damn...woke up late and not much time to browse or even window shop. Went in to a couple of stores....nothing much..but saw a nice pair of sneakers! *GRIN*....I need to control myself...too many shoes.....but who cares....will get it soon....I want another trucker cap too...saw a funky one....

Destination Melbourne

Touched down at 6.32am in Melbourne International Airport. Took a deep breathe and said to myself, here goes Kev, life back in Melbourne with lots of
changes. Hoping to cope with myself and also with my studies.
Life for the past week in KL was like a rollercoaster. The fun part was having to meet back some old friends and also married ones. HAHA.
The down part is totally fucked. Bad luck comes in truck loads that is all I can say. Cross my fingers for this friday though, need to go for check up. Hope everythings fine and do not need to stay in bed. I still wanna blog...nyek nyek....
I really would like to say thanks and appreciate for the few guys who knew and cared what had happen to me. Its tough and scary coz its not only about health but also about more stuff. I'm just worried here I guess....anyway, no more drinkin and smoking. As for smoking, will challenge myself to the task eventhough ciggies is my companianship when at the most down moments in my life....brrrrr...its chilly here, cloudy and moody. I think its around 11 degrees out there.
Oh yeah, Happy Belated Birthday to Se7en and also a very Happy Birthday to my buddy Yen Ming. I wish u both all the best in every aspect of life and keep it real. To Yen Ming, thanks for the late nite chat sessions at poolside and Orange mamak. Thanks for keeping me up and do not have to face the 4 walls everynite when I couldn't sleep.
To all the guys who I met in KL, thanks for the snookering sessions, yumcha and drinking sessions. I apologise for the long delay in updates as recently my laptop in KL KOed and had to be fixed. Dial-up was too slow and had not much time to go for wi-fi sessions. Most of my time is being preoccupied with thinking,thinking and thinking. SO overall, lotsa down moments and it seems like not a holiday. Its like going back to meet up with a few frens and dats it. Being totally honest here, not to say meeting up wif frens is no fun. Destination Kuala Lumpur

Its been a wet week when I first touchdown
Kuala Lumpur. Had a quiet weekend and all
through the week slowly met up with a couple
of friends. Had the best of meals and yet
it seems there's more to this holiday.
Anyway, I just wanna say hi to Saphiryn,
Se7en(i'm waitin),vanilla(whom i met ysterday
ehhee) and some this funny ass bloke name or
called himself My-nemesis!..ahahahaha

Been to a club called Rush@(old viva)....

Is it too late?

Is there love out there for individuals like me?
Is it really out there?Love is all around...but does
it have any place left for me?How can a bachelor be

Yea, at times its the greatest feeling to be single
and alone,able to do whatever you want.WHen the limits
have reached, what is there to be done? Forget a moment
about career and work. WHy is there so much love and
hate in a relationshp? Individual have different
perspective in love,relationship and life.Willpower
and strength seems to fade easily.Motivations have gone
to a minimal level. Certain things are easier to be said
than done.When its done, can I maintain it? When loneliness
creeps into the mind....
Love my friends and family.where would my extra special love

waking up real late too.Can't really fall into sleep
this past few days. Think I'm being an insomniac now.
Yes, I did try clearing my mind b4 sleep but it ain't
workin for me.Is it because subconciously, I do think
a lot. I don't know,coz all I can think of right now
is my last exam paper.Am i missing somebody/anything?
I think it must have been the songs I've been
listening too.
Anyway,time for me to get back into deep breaths and
enjoy the moments of silence and bringing myself to
a state of serenity.

Weather! Really stinks!

Aloha! How's life peeps? How's the weather there in your
countries? Todays topic is weather. For the past freakin
days, the weather here suck big time. Firstly its windy.
Secondly its cold and the rain it falls here is like at
times they call it shower but i call it pussy rain. Its
just like taking a can of face moisturizer and spraying
it.When the weather people says its gonna rain, my-my
its equivalent to KL's drizzle.,BUT it may suddenly have
a heavy downpour for like 15mins. I tell you people,
hate the weather here now especially during this winter
season.
The only good thing that comes out of it is I won't be
spending any money going out.HAHA! Now my days are home
watching fashion tv, history channel and sports.
I know its been a while I updated you guys stuff.Just
chill! Trying to figure out on improving this blog better
with more pics and updated features.

Sex and Love

Sex,a word so profoundly used and said and done.Is oral sex considered
sex?They say having sex helps us lose weight and helps pumped our heart.
If one is in addiction of it, is it helping?Well,its a big topic where
we can discuss or debate eternally.Does anyone hate sex? I bet there are,
but not me.*grin* WHat happens if your in a relationship?DO u call it sex
or making love?To my point of view, making love has its intimacy and
closeness.
Love,ahhh...most peeps have been through this stage. Some at an early
stage while others....the word love is seemingly being misinterpreted.
To me, love is not everything. Love comes with lots of factors.Yes, you
may love someone but does love carry the weight of a relationship?Let's
ponder or discuss....

Hooray! 2 papers down and 1 more to go and then I'm off to mixing
sessions. All the stress but can't get enough of it.

Hey everybody! Sorry, been gone for the past few days without
updating anything on the blog.Here are some updates.*wink* to
someone who says i rave too much..ahahaha.Anyway, I've been
pretty busy with my studies as the exams are pretty near.Raves?
Nah, not at this moment.Recently,I've come to known that I
freaking can't sleep early. WHat has gotten into me?Its a good
and bad thing though. WHy? cause EURO 2004 has started. I'm not
really a hardcore soccer fan, but I do support certain national
teams.ENough bout soccer.Back to business, I've noticed that my
sister is a real hardworker. she's been going to the library so
often which makes me feel bad. I do go to the library to study
but comparing to her,way far behind. Sighzz....looks like I'm a
lazy kinda person. Bad huh? Well, have to make myself work
harder.SO many things happen thiscouple of months, but I do
know I can pull through this rough patch,because I've been
through this before when I was in the states. ANyway,cheers to
all my new and old friends. I miss talking and having fun with
youguys.To my new friends, keep up on whatever you're doing!

Here are some rave scene pics which I was at. It was held at QBH(QueensBridgeHotel). The theme was Riot and the DJ list that was spinning were awesome featuring Hennes & Cold, Kai Tracid, Derb, Wamduscher and Aussie finest Scott Alert. It was fun and bangin with beats until early in the morning aropund 5++am the beats getiing harder and its not catered to the faint hearted. Eventually I got too tired and sleepy and I left around 6am. I thought it will end around 7am but it went till 8am. It's such a waste that KL do not have this type of good events.Gatecrasher and MOS is kinda like OK but it needs more ooomph! Hopefully KL will bring in good hard trance DJ's that can make the crowd wanting more.
Alright, time to hit the books again, trying real hard to study but damnit, this old brain is not absorbing much in...ahaha....guess too much distractions....oh well...will update more later...ENjoy your day guys and gals.

Wooooot!!! I know my blog says trance....but House music was my roots so you get the groove?
Anyway, today is just one bummer day...wasted half a day coz of stupid caffeine that won't work until its time to sleep. SOmetimes I wander about myself on why the hell did I further my studies. I know working life is different, but hey I ain't gettin any younger....jeeezz.. For all I know, thank goodness for the motivational article where how the States retailers get their jobs and what they went thru to ahieved what they are today...It seems I'm heading the right track...ahaha...seems tough or I'm just plain lazy + no willpower.
Damn the brains.....need motivation....oh yeah, not forgetting I've been procrastinating to go to the gym. Promised myself, I would tone my body up as most people say I look small and such....Wait n See you guys out there!!!!....

Its dark now, better get something productive done or else....I can have the title of 'Laziest Peron in The World'

Hello Friends and trance enthusiast. Its been a few days I've updated this blog. As it is, I'm still trying to figure this HTML thing
out. WOuld like to make this page look better and feel better.

REVIEWS

TUNNEL TRANCE FORCE VOL. 28
This review is the first, straight on, this album totally hits the roof just as the first track starts pumpin. At the cue of 17mins...one of my favorite tracks in this album remix by the totally known duo Dave 202 & Phil Green brings the tune to uplifting heights with Hypnotize by Slash. Overall this album, I rate it a 9/10 for all the bass kickin uplifting euphoria tracks thrown in here.

THE TIDY BOYS ANNUAL 2ND EDITION
Firstly the album art cover is funky and cool. It stands out among many other dance albums. CD A or should I say disc 1, starts of with teasers of sample of the big hits the boys had during the 2003 year. As it gradually becomes harder and faster, the best peak time is at track 8 where where the late Tony De Vit hit remixed my Guyver- Give Me a Reason is one trully fine tune. There a little live twist on track 12 by Lee Pasch. Finally the first cd wraps up with the all known Lab4. IN CD B-side,the all time favorite among you hard trance addicts is the titled track by STimulant DJs-F**k Da Beatz remixed by Lee Haslam and it continues on with hard pumpin' tune by Sydney babe Lisa Lashes.
